Kunri Block

NHEPL and KEC Joint Venture were granted Kunri exploration license located in the province of Sindh. The Joint Venture committed to acquire about 800 line Kms of seismic data and drill 3 exploration wells at a cost of more than US$ 16 Million.

Three prospects to drill have been finalized
Budget to drill 3 wells approved by Joint Venture (JV)
First well drilled, encounter transition zone
Next two wells are being planned
All regulatory requirements have been fulfilled to date
