NEW HORIZON EXPLORATION AND PRODUCTION LIMITED (NHEPL)

New Horizon Exploration and Production Limited is a new addition to the local E&P companies, with a highly qualified team of professionals.

KASB Resources Limited, the predecessor of NHEPL was registered and incorporated in the province of Sindh on 6 June, 2005. However, it was renamed as NHEPL on 6 November, 2006 and a new team of managers and technical staff were engaged.  The in-house expertise covers full spectrum of the E&P activities including geology, geophysics, operations, HSE, reservoir engineering, drilling, procurement and project management. In addition, NHEPL is being managed by professional managers with extensive international management experience in the E&P sector.

NHEPL was awarded its first exploration license, Kunri, by the Government of Pakistan on June 5, 2007 and the second exploration license, Jherruck, on January 31, 2008. NHEPL continues to strive to make contribution both as an operator and non-operator in the hydrocarbon exploration and development industry.
