3. Adopt a systematic approach to HSEQ management, designed to ensure compliance with latest national and international regulations, laws and legal requirements

4. Ensure minimum environmental impact and optimize the use of natural resources and aim to participate in the efforts to control global climate change for green environment

5. Ensure HSEQ considerations are integrated into all activities

6. Develop a culture to take personal responsibility and accountability for HSEQ

7. Openly communicate HSEQ performance and enter into dialogue with stakeholders to ensure compliance

8. Aim to eliminate all possible accidents, incidents and injuries

NHEPL will implement this policy through Health, Safety, Environment and Quality Management System (HSEQ-MS) and conduct periodic audits to verify compliance.

This policy has been adopted by NHEPL and applies to all its employees and all activities.
